No Refunds on Opened Products: All sales are final on opened trading card products. We cannot accept returns or refunds once a product has been opened.

Returns for Unsatisfactory Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a return or replacement if necessary.

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping: If the product arrives as described but you still wish to return it, you may do so at your own expense. The item must be in its original, unopened condition, and a restocking fee may apply.
